INGREDIENTS
- 1 6 oz grouper fillet (slice in half if thick)
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (separated)
- 2 TBSP dijon mustard
- 1 TBSP honey
DIRECTIONS
- Add butter to skillet over medium-high heat
- Dredge fish through flour, coating both sides
- Add fish to skillet and cook for 3 minutes on first side until seared and lightly golden brown
- Flip fish, spoon lemon over fish and cook for 2 minutes until lightly golden brown on both sides
- In small bowl, add mustard, honey, and remaining lemon juice.
- Drizzle sauce over fish and service with rice and veggie (spinach is great with it)
