INGREDIENTS
- large handful fresh cilantro
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 jalapeno (w/ seeds fully or partially removed – to control spice level)
- 1.5 limes – juiced
- 2 heaping TBSP greek yogurt (recipe calls for sour cream)
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP chili lime seasoning
- sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor mix cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, yogurt, olive oil, a couple pinches sea salt, and chile lime seasoning.
- Process well, then adjust to taste. Salt is key in this recipe.
